ECSTATIC DANCE

DJ and Sound Alchemist Anna will lead us on an awakening ecstatic dance journey of the body and soul at the Restival.  Ecstatic dance allows you to move your body with intention to express what is coming through in the moment.  The dance connects us all and connects each of us with our inner dancing spirit!  Anna creates a safe & loving dance container of beautiful, flowing beats to awaken Restival goers on Sunday morning.  Call it what you will, Dance Church, Sweat Your Prayers - just don't miss it!

MOVEMENT ALCHEMY: 

DJ Anna will also lead several daytime dance workshops at the Restival to drop people into intentional body movement spaces where true alchemy of experience and the embodiment of fresh perspective becomes possible.
