Kundalini will be offers Thai Massage in the Healing Space. Thai massage is performed on a mat on the floor fully clothed. It consists of thumb pressure and palm pressure along the energy lines of the body and plenty of passive stretching. It is a bit like having yoga “done to you”. While promoting increased range of motion, Thai massage is both deeply relaxing and invigorating. Please bring, or wear, flexible full length pants or leggings and a long sleeve cotton t-shirt in which to receive your massage. Kundalini has studied abroad in Thailand and Laos, as well as in Oregon, and she has been practicing Thai massage for 12 years. You are encouraged to reserve your session at the Healing Space upon arrival at the Restival.
