Kannon Elizabeth & James "Ta-Dao" Sitzer
AcroYoga : The Yoga of Acrobatic Connection
Join us for a practice of movement, flight, communication and consensual platonic touch! In this active workshop, we’ll warm our bodies by exploring the basics of Acro Yoga, ranging from assisted acrobatic postures and ending with partner stretching. No experience or partner needed; we’re all here to support one another-literally!
