Kundalini Pranayam Breathing & Meditation workshop will be an introduction to, or a reminder of, the logistics and benefits of meditation and various Pranayams. Pranayams are yogic breathing exercises that have the ability to quickly increase our energy, release stress, improve our mental clarity, and improve our physical health.
About Joelle Joëlle is a fourth generation Washingtonian, a love and climate warrior conspiring for good in the world for the benefit of all sentient beings. She is a Kundalini yoga teacher, a second year student at Crow Song Healing Arts, and a Reiki practitioner. She loves to sing, dance, hike, bike, play, travel and star-gaze.
