Reconnect with your most precious and prosaic resource,
your 1st gift – the breath. Using a simple breathing technique, the power of breath is revealed by stirring up
and bringing into the light of awareness unconscious emotions and patterns of mind. Memories and past experiences that have been stored in the basement of the soul make room for healing and integration.
Breath opens the energy channels in the body while allowing past experiences to surface and be released. These may include suppressed emotions, physical blocks in the body, limiting beliefs and conditioning, escape patterns and addictions.
This deep journey is facilitated through adopting a trans-meditative state. Clarity and maturity naturally manifest in this safe container, allowing past wounds to heal and patterns that are no longer of
service to be shed, resulting in reemerging anew into profound self-acceptance, and a deeper understanding of your ‘story’ and life itself.
Wisdom of Breath weaves together circle breathing, active movement meditations and spiritual practices, creating a safe inner space to explore the physical, emotional and mental body. It is an introduction into the magic and mystery of the breath, a simple, ever-present and sacred tool that can be used to heal and
transform, and to bring balance and harmony to everyday life.
Maya Luna (Tara Akasha Kaur), born and raised in Denmark, has been on her yoga and movement journey since the age three. A Modern Dance instructor & choreographer, certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, and certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator, experiencing the world and the sacred divine through movement is what ‘simply makes sense.’ She found her yoga home about 13 years ago, when she ‘accidentally’ walked into a Kundalini Yoga class. A midwife of positive change, she loves to laugh, dance in the rain, find expansive exquisite vistas to sit and dialogue with her ego, and travel the world in seva doing Karma Yoga. Other interesting aspects of her life include: Certified NLP Master Practitioner, Facilitator & Coach, trained as a Home Birth Midwife, owned her own small Doula business. Her favorite phrase is: “Oh! I didn’t know that! … teach me.” So much to learn and so much to experience in this life time, living in awe and beginner’s mind is what she seeks.
