Clarity Breathwork (formerly known as Rebirthing) is a powerful process of healing and transformation. It deeply supports the clearing away of old energies, patterns, conditioning, negative thoughts and emotions and opens the doors wide for new life and greater consciousness. Most of us don’t breathe fully, we hold back the breath and have been doing so most of our lives. When we start to breathe fully and consciously we are easily able to release what we have been holding and open to an incredible expansion of consciousness, including greater forgiveness and self-love. . Clarity Breathwork supports people to release stress and tension, heal and resolve trauma, gain deeper insights into current life issues, and access one’s own internal healing energy, creativity and greater knowing.
Shannon Sims is a passionate holistic health educator and food artist based in Portland, Oregon. Her culinary style aims to invoke a sense of place using local produce that reflects the season in a way that is vibrant and delicious. Shannon was also certified in Clarity Breathwork, a simple and very profound tool for healing and personal transformation in 2012. This work has become the guiding light of her life and a powerful vehicle to connect people to her mind-body-spirit philosophy around food. Losing her mother to cancer at age 25, it became evident early on that food had to do more than be delicious and beautiful -- it has to be healing; a living, supportive ally to the mind, body and spirit for the human journey. Furthermore her longtime friendship with Lane Selman of the Culinary Breeding Network has taught her what it means for food to be truly healing from seed to plate: the highest quality genetics and organic agricultural practices imparti optimal flavor, appearance and nutrition. Sustainable farming and labor practices nourish and rebuild the earth and its people, while high vibrational, loving and intentional preparation marry balanced nutrition and dazzling artful presentation.
