Kundalini Pranayam Breathing & Meditation
Joëlle is honored to offer a Kundalini Breathe and Meditation 1 hour workshop. The workshop is intended to be an introduction to, or a reminder of, the logistics and benefits of meditation and various Pranayams: yogic breathing exercises that have the ability to quickly increase our energy, release stress, improve our mental clarity, and improve our physical health.
Joëlle will also offer two Kundalini (1.5) hour classes for all levels. Beginners welcome. Naturally boost your happiness and reduce stress with Kundalini yoga which includes postures, breathwork and meditation. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
Joëlle is a fourth generation Washingtonian, a love and climate warrior conspiring for good in the world for the benefit of all sentient beings. She is a Kundalini yoga teacher and a Reiki practitioner. She loves to sing, dance, hike, bike, play, travel and star-gaze.
