Breath of Compassion:
Let’s take a deep dive into a transformative ocean of self-compassion. We’ll begin with a mindfulness journey to light up areas that could use a little more love, less judgement, and some letting go. We’ll give those areas voice during a powerful but simple writing exercise. Finally, we’ll move energy through our bodies with a 50 minute breathwork ritual that will unfold into a state of release and transforming self-compassion.
Details: Please wear comfortable clothing with layers to self-regulate your body temperature. Bring Yoga mats and any additional props to enhance your comfort as you lie in shavasana for about an hour, i.e. pillows, your favorite blanket, eye masks, and cozy socks. Bring a pen and journal.
Kaden Scott is a Mindfulness Informed Life Coach & Integrative Healer who facilitates experiences that foster mindfulness, self-care, deep relaxation and self-compassion. Kaden focuses on creating beauty and heart-centeredness through transformational conversations and small group experiences.
