Jaimi and Elliot’s intentions are to live from the heart and to create a life of joy and service to humanity and the Earth.
Their day to day intentions are what fuel their yoga classes.
They aspire to create a safe space for empowerment, celebration, laughter, transformation and heart awakening. They are passionate about creating sacred ceremony and honoring the natural world.
They teach a more holistic style of yoga that attunes to the deep intelligence of the body, balancing physical asana with pranayama, meditation, mantra, intention and love!
